Partly Submerged Piling

There is junk in the water everywhere. This is particularly dangerous as it is a partly submerged piling. There is all sorts of floating stuff in the canal - and the fact that it floats just below the surface makes the transit a crap-shoot as to whether you hit something. I hit only one log and that was at the very beginning. You can't navigate around what you can't see!
